Amtrak Delivery Notice

Amtrak our courier for 15kg feed bag orders went into receivership on 22/08/08. Business Post have been appointed by the administrators to continue with Amtrak's orders. This will however take longer than normal to catch up with a substantial backlog. There we expect deliveries in the short term to be 5 working days rather than 3 working days.

Deliveries

Please allow 5 full working days from ordering.

Items marked as "Free Shipping" (eg Herbs, treats, etc.) are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail post, and do not affect the weight of the 15 - 30kg food orders, that are shipped by courier (mostly Amtrak).
