Noel Bayley

Noel, from Sandbach in Cheshire is well known in gundog circles and had a terrific year with FT Ch Craighorn Abby, culminating in winning the Retriever Championships in December 2008.

Beginnings in the sport

Noel had dogs all his life, mainly for rough shooting, but over time ‘went off' shooting and became more interested in trials.

Current dogs

The kennel now has 5 Labradors.

2009 new horizons begin

Noel added a new dog to the team in 2009 and ‘Lennox' won in Yorkshire - first time out!

It's not all trials ...

Noel and his dogs spend most of their time picking up, but he expects to be at some trials during 2010.

CSJ for gundogs?

Noel told us that CSJ is gaining a widespread reputation amongst his peers for benefiting the dogs and says palatability is impressive compared to other feeds.
