Using the online shopping basket:
- Browse the site, and add the items that you would like to order to your basket, being careful to select any options that you require where appropriate.
- If this is your first order, you will be asked to register when placing your order, and choose a username and password (keep note of your username and password).
- If you change your mind about ordering an item it can be deleted from your basket before going to the checkout.
- When you are ready to place the order go to the checkout.
- You can choose between online payment with your credit or debit card, or offline payment by cheque.
Delivery Information:
- Prices shown do not include delivery. The delivery charge is calculated when you place items in your basket based on the order size and your location. Click on the 'Estimated Shipping Charges' link on your basket page to see the delivery charge for your order. Some items have free delivery and no delivery charge will be shown in this case.
- Online orders are only accepted from within the UK.
- Allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
- Items marked as "Free Shipping" (eg Herbs, treats, etc.) are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail post, and do not affect the weight of the 15 - 30kg food orders, that are shipped by courier (mostly Amtrak).
- You can use the 'your account' button to track the progress of your order (you will need your username and password).
Credit Card Payments:
Your credit card payments are made through the trusted Protx payment gateway (part of the Sage Group). All payment processes are carried out directly between your browser and the Protx site using state of the art security tools and techniques.
Payment by Cheque:
Having placed your order online, offline payment can be made by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to "CSJ K9 Ltd. ", and should be sent to:

Refund Policy:
If the item we deliver is faulty, you are legally entitled to a full refund but you must report it to us within 28 days of receipt. Return the item to us intact with all packaging.
If you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us and a full credit will be given subject to the following conditions:
- You notify us of your desire to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods.
- The goods are returned within 30 days of receipt, and are in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.
- You pay the return delivery charges, either using our collection system or by using a method of your own choosing.
- The goods are not customised for you in any way.
Privacy Policy:
We will only contact you with details of special offers etc if you have requested such information during the checkout process. If you wish to be removed from a list to which you have subscribed, then you can do so by using the 'your account' link to change your preferences. Alternatively e-mail us with your name and e-mail address, indicating that you wish to cease receiving such e-mail.
Your details will not be passed on to a third party.
Using your PawPoints:
You can earn PawPoints towards future purchases when you spend in the online shop.
- Earn 1 PawPoint for every £ spent on products in The CSJK9 Webshop.
- Each PawPoint is worth 1p when redeemed.
- Once you have reached 500 or more PawPoints you can redeem them on any product(s).
- Earn 250 PawPoints for referring a friend who makes a purchase in the Webshop. Use the 'Tell a Friend' link on the product pages. Purchase must be made on first visit by friend for you to qualify for these PawPoints.
- Earn 250 PawPoints for writing a Product Review (subject to approval).
