Highly popular, cost effective recipe, formulated for adult working dogs or active dogs.  Extensively used throughout dog sports.

Feeding Instructions

Champ! Adult should be fed dry but can be moistened with water or CSJ Gravy Works!. There is no need to supplement this diet.

Suggested Daily Feeding Guide

The following should serve as a rough guide so please adjust the quantities fed according to your working dog’s individual requirements. Feed per day:

• Small e.g. Terrier (2-10kg) 55-180g
• Medium e.g. Cocker Spaniel, Border Collie (10-20kg) 180-305g
• Large e.g. GSD, Belgian Shepherd (20-30kg) 305-410g
• Very Large e.g. Irish Wolfhound (30kg+) 410g+

Two half meals per day are better than one. A supply of fresh, clean water must always be available.

" After getting Rebel (a German Shepherd) in 2003, I had great problems finding a food that suited him and his digestion. I tried just about everything from various ‘super premium’ foods down to cheap supermarket ‘complete’ stuff, and eventually settled on a Lamb & Rice premium food, which ‘firmed up’ his waste to a certain extent, but was still unforgiving (with unpleasant, shall we say, side effects!) if I tried to feed enough to keep him the right weight. " My mixed bunch of lurchers and sighthounds have had a traumatic life before they came here from Spain and the UK. This has made their digestive system and skin even more delicate than sighthounds usually have.I have struggled in the past to find a food which will not cause gas, poorstomachs or itchy flakey skin, but still give good nutrition and allow for an active life.
