Suggested Daily Feeding Guide
The following should serve as a rough guide so please adjust the quantities fed according to your working dog’s individual requirements. Feed per day:
- Small e.g. Terrier (2-10kg) 50-160g
- Medium e.g. Cocker Spaniel, Border Collie (10-20kg) 160-265g
- Large e.g. GSD, Belgian Shepherd (20-30kg) 265-360g
- Very Large e.g. Irish Wolfhound (30kg+) 360g+
Two half meals per day are better than one. A supply of fresh, clean water must always be available.
"Thank you Ceri for all your help. I have been feeding my 3 girls Rocket Fuel for a month now and their times just keep getting better and better in training. Just think how I felt when they were the highest placed novice team at their first outing at the Sled Dog Association of Scotland Rally held at Tentsmuir on 6 + 7/12/03. Since changing to CSJ the dogs have showed a better attitude towards working and look generally heathier. Many thanks once again. Long may it continue. I now look forward to further success and improvement and see no reason why this cannot continue with the help and support of Ceri and all those involved with the manufacture of CSJ dog foods. "

"Loui was 2nd in elementary at Corton last summer and the prize was a small bag of rocket fuel. Lurchers are as you know are basically idle fellows who sleep most of the time. I fed Loui the rocket fuel and within a fortnight we noticed he had a lot more get up and go generally. Then he started going faster at shows and seemed keener so I sent off to Anne for more. He now regularly gets placed 2nd 3rd or 4th in starters. To be honest he is a different dog since feeding the Rocket Fuel.
So impressed was I that I sent off for some herbie rings for my other dogs. Again my collie who has been a nightmare to feed since puppyhood now wolfs down every morsel at every feed. This is a dog that has been handfed chicken just to get her to eat. I've fed Nutro and genesis, nature diet, Supadog , cheap food and expensive food. you name I've fed it but CSJ Herbie rings is the only one she'll eat regularly and is doing well on it. So there you are. I'm a definite convert to CSJ."
