Sarah and Mark Fallon
Matrixglen Gundogs
Are based in SW Scotland, providing health tested Working Cocker Spaniels and Labrador Retrievers for the shooting and trialling field, stemming into Europe, U.S.A and Canada.
They occasionally have part and fully trained gundogs available.
K9A2B pet transportation
Their passion for animals extended into owning K9A2B pet transportation Company which, as its title suggests, is a Defra licensed business moving animals throughout the U.K and into Europe.
How it all began …
Sarah has had dogs all her life and began beating and picking up at an early age.
Her passion grew into testing and trialling more recently, qualifying her homebred Working Cocker Spaniel bitch for the U.K/Irish Championships.
Both originally from the south east of England, both Mark and Sarah served twelve years in the R.A.F which took them into Scotland and they have never had the desire to leave.
More about competing …
Sarah successfully competes in Field Trials with her Cockers throughout the U.K. being only one of a handful of non-professional females to do so at top level.
2022 saw her at two Cocker Championships, one in Ireland and one at Windsor with her OFTW homebred bitch. Alongside her she has several FTAWs.
In the shooting season …
Sarah and Mark are very busy during the shooting season as they also pick up with their team, working around 60 days per year, namely at Drumlanrig, which is renowned for its high birds.
Putting back into the sport …
Between them they organise x8 Spaniel Trials and x1 Test annually, Sarah is Vice -Chairman of the North of Scotland Gundog Association, with Mark being the Spaniel Secretary, and Sarah is also Spaniel Secretary for The Gamekeepers National Association.
Sarah says, “Picking up on some of the most prestigious estates in Scotland with difficult terrain, I need to have my dogs with sustainable energy levels throughout the day, without boiling over, reflecting in their appearance and general well-being. The dogs absolutely love their food and I’m a great believer in their appearance comes from within.”

I would just like to say a huge thank you.
Skye is now on the herbs and your food 'No Grainer'. I have found a stockiest not far from me where i picked up a bag of food from the other Sunday.
We have now been on the no grainer for two weeks slowly introduced it with no ill affect.
Skye stools are solid and the best they have ever been and they don't smell, she has no pain or discomfort.
She is just a happy little dog now and loves your food.
I never thought I would get her right and that it was something that i would just have to have lived with but not any more.
I can not say how happy I am with your product and your services. You have been so helpful and fantasic.
Thank you so very much.
Ruth
