About the Card Payment Verification Process

When you place an order or sign up for a subscription, your bank may request you to verify your payment method.

The payment experience is changing across online retailers. When you complete checkout, you might be redirected to your bank’s website to verify your payment.

To maintain high security standards, your bank may give you instructions to verify your purchase. This new experience is only applied to some purchases, payments and subscriptions.

To verify your card payment:

  1. Follow the instructions on your bank’s website
  2. One way a bank may ask you to verify is a unique security code.
  3. Check your phone or e-mail inbox to retrieve your code and enter the code as prompted
  4. Alternatively, your bank may ask you to verify the purchase using finger-print or facial recognition technology, if you have this in place already.

Verification may be required when you use a credit or debit card to complete an order.

What to do if the verification process fails

If you were unable to verify your payment at check-out you can try putting the order through again.

If you continue to get an error message or can’t complete the verification successfully, please contact your bank or visit your local branch, as they might be able to provide more information on why your verification has failed. Then try completing the process again.

How to make the verification process smoother

To complete verification successfully, please make sure that:

  • You are the account holder. The bank will send a code only to the card’s owner
  • You enter the code correctly just as prompted. Look for your code in your text messages and email account. Remember to check your junk folder
  • Your personal information is up to date with your bank, including your email address, phone number and download the latest version of your online banking app

Note: If you are experiencing issues with the verification web page display, try clearing your cache and cookies or try using a different browser.

Emma Sunderland (and Kes and Pep)

You may remember earlier this year you provided me with some advice regarding my agility dog. I asked about adding that little bit of extra stamina and you advised adding some CP Xtra. I have been trying this over the months since and I do feel it has made an improvement. I wouldn't say it is a dramatic change but I feel happier knowing I am giving him that bit more energy.

We have also changed one of our working collies on the farm onto CP24 and Xtra. He is the litter brother to my collie and we felt he was needing more energy and stamina for working. He has never been a speedy eater, he used to graze when he felt like eating. However, since changing to CSJ he has dramatically changed his appetite - he now sits and waits for his food and eats it all in one go rather than grazing. We feel he has better stamina and keeps his weight up better (he used to yo-yo a lot and go quite thin at times on other food).

So basically, an all-round thumbs-up for CSJ!! The dogs obviously like it and I feel better knowing I am giving a good quality food with good meat content and no crappy ingredients!!
