Delivery Information
- Prices shown do not include delivery. The delivery charge is calculated when you place items in your basket based on the order size and your location. Click on the 'Estimated Shipping Charges' link on your basket page to see the delivery charge for your order. Some items (such as herbs and treats) have free delivery and no delivery charge will be shown in this case. As a guide the courier contract is for 30kg . For England Wales and the Scottish Lowlands it is £6.85 per 30 kg. All other places in the UK are £10.10 per 30kg.
- Online orders are only accepted from within the UK.
- Allow up to 5 working days for delivery. (This excludes public holidays)
- Items marked as "Free Shipping" (eg Herbs, treats, etc.) are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail post, and do not affect the weight of the 15 - 30kg food orders, that are shipped by courier (mostly UK mail).
- You can use the 'your account' button to track the progress of your order (you will need your username and password).

Sandra Field and Milo the Pointer Puppy
He was thin and always hungry because I think he wasn’t getting any good nutrition as everything was going straight through him. He was forever scavenging! CSJ were very helpful and sent me samples, I found one that worked (Salmon based CP21) and anyone who has a puppy with loose stools will know it was such a relief to get log poos! I am so glad I found them and won’t be changing.
