Delivery with CSJ via couriers

Deliveries in the UK

Deliveries are made to UK addresses a UK postcode must supplied. We use DPD couriers for item of 10 kg and above, and Royal Mail for items under 2kg in weight.

Delivery Times

Please allow 5 full working days for delivery. If your order has taken longer than this contact our office on admin@csjk9.com please quote your order number.

Delivery Details

1. On the confirmation screen during checkout, tell us where to leave your package after you’ve submitted your delivery address.
2. You can nominate a preferred neighbour or select a safe place for delivery. Note the courier will not leave without instructions on the order.
3. If you supply a mobile phone number the courier will text you a planned delivery slot, you can change this time directly with the courier if necessary. Please check out the delivery App offered by DPD this can allow you to get tracking info once your order is in DPD’s care https://www.dpd.co.uk. Options such as using What 3 Words can help to deliver your order to specific part of your property.
