Payment Details
Refund Policy
If the item we deliver is faulty, you are legally entitled to a full refund but you must report it to us within 28 days of receipt. Return the item to us intact with all packaging.
If you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us and a full credit will be given subject to the following conditions:
- You notify us of your desire to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods.
- The goods are returned within 30 days of receipt, and are in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.
- You pay the return delivery charges, either using our collection system or by using a method of your own choosing.
- The goods are not customised for you in any way.

"I have always found it difficult to keep weight on some of my working labradors during the shooting/field trail season. They are working hard when out picking up and are required to maintain energy and focus during a field trial. Following advice from Ceri, I changed my slightly 'leggy' 2 year old to '"CP All-Rounder" to see if I could maintain her energy levels and get her to a better weight. The composition of the food proved to be an immediate hit with her and I was able to completely change her rations over to the new food quickly and without any fuss. Having been on the new diet for just over a month, I can already see that she is at a healthy weight and has ample energy when working.
